To ensure the provision of such services, „Aeroport Handling” J.S.C. has the necessary equipment, and the company employees, being instructed at different specialized centers are prepared according to the international standards. The regular testing to check the employees knowledge are given, in half a year minimum, to permanently ensure and monitor the personnel degree of qualification. They participate at training courses once every 3 years taking certificates of attendance.
Our company uses a DCS automated system to ensure the commercial flight. This system assures a high passenger service level, commercial operations rapidity, occupancy of the maximum number of seats, as well as cargo and luggage compartments loading in the aircraft, taking into consideration the flight safety measures.
The DCS automated system of the commercial flight ensurance is subdivided into:
- Advanced seat reservation;
- Passengers and baggage check-in;
- Commercial aircraft loading calculation;
- Commercial loading completion;
- Emission of LOADSHEET & TRIMSHEET necessary documentation;
- Necessary emission of the flight opperational messages.
The prime objective of this system is to minimize the time of the commercial service flight and to increase the flight safety, excluding the subjective errors of the manual work.
To ensure the provision of such services in the DCS automated system, the airline company must offer a set of documents, according to AHM-560, of those aircrafts which will fly to our airport – fot the commercial loading calculation , as well as the passenger list – for a faster passenger and baggage check-in.
In case of the automated system failure, the route service will be performed manually. Thus, the airline company will have to provide the ground handling company with the necessary documentation:
- LOADSHEET
- TRIMSHEET balance table
In case the airline company does not provide the proper documentation, the route service will be performed on the „Aeroport Handling” forms.
